Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Qava Pass account and all associated personal data. This cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all personal data tied to it:

• Your profile — phone number, name, and date of birth
• Your pass and its validity
• Your redemption and order history
• Referral records and push-notification tokens
• Your language and notification preferences

Timing & retention

In-app deletions are immediate. Requests made through this form are verified and completed within 7 days, and all personal data is removed within 30 days at the latest. We retain no personal data after deletion, except the minimum required by law (for example, a record of a completed payment) where applicable.
