Common questions
- My payment was sent but my pass isn't active. Activation is confirmed manually and usually completes the same day. If it's been longer than 24 hours, email us with your transfer reference.
- My QR code won't scan. Pull down to refresh the QR screen — codes rotate for security. Make sure your screen brightness is up.
- How do I change the app language? Profile → Language. The app supports English and Arabic, including full RTL.
- How do I delete my account? Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your data, or email us and we'll do it for you.
